no news...

...is not necessarily good  news. But not necessarily bad either. I checked in with Small World yesterday to see if there was any word on a Log In Date for us, as I was certainly expecting one by now. This was the response:
"Your file is at the CCCWA waiting for that log in now."
Ok. I'll wait some more. I'll rest a little better once we have an LID. That would mean next stop, referral!

    we are (ahem) still waiting on dtc. i'm trying to be hopeful.

    can't wait to see what God does when the next list comes out :)

  2. It's another one of those tough waits for sure! Hoping you receive your LID soon!!

    If it helps at all I looked back at my info and found the following:
    DTC: March 13, 2006
    LID: March 23, 2006
    Advised of LID: April 20, 2006

    So in my case my file had been logged for almost a month before my agency was advised. Here's hoping the same is true for you! Praying you'll be logged in prior to CNY!

    God is doing such amazing things and each step of this process is in His timing. A friend once shared with me (during one of my long, unexpected waits) that none of this timing is a surprise to God. That spoke volumes to me and helped me rest a bit more as I awaited His next steps.
